El Camino ADHC Center is a Community Based Adult Services program that looks after the well-being of adults and provides an array of therapeutic and social services, designed to maximize the independence of those who are experiencing significant problems with their health and self-independence. By enrolling in the program, participants can improve or maintain their physical mobility and function.

Our mission is to provide attentive and diligent care for our patients.
The mission of El Camino ADHC Center is to provide and to manage coordinated, high quality comprehensive health and human services in Los Angeles, CA; with particular attention to the frail elderly and the mental health population in the community and undeserved. The services will be of high quality and delivered in a manner that is consistent with economic, cultural and social needs of the community. The center will have sound fiscal system to maintain financial stability and self- sufficiency. The center and its staff will provide leadership in health advocacy.

At El Camino ADHC Center, we promote the mental and physical well being of individuals living in the community in order to restore them to their optimal functional potential and help them to remain in their home.
At El Camino ADHC Center, we share with families and other persons the burden of providing substantial care to individuals and elderly adults whose abilities may be impaired by offering respite care five days a week.

Our goal at El Camino ADHC Center is to provide diagnostic treatment services to participants who would otherwise require admission to or continued stay in hospitals, nursing homes or other types of expensive health care facilities. In addition, the company’s priority is to foster a high quality of life and independence to help the participant live in their own homes or with their families for as long as possible.
